Hi, I’m Maisha McClain

I am a seasoned human capital and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations through HR transformation, organizational strategy, and executive leadership development.

I hold a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Georgia State University, an M.A. in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and an ICF-accredited Leadership Coaching Certification from George Mason University.
